About Marco Mastrorocco


Marco Mastrorocco is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach.

He is a Level 2 Coach with ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) and a Power Sports Coach Level 1 with AWF (Australian Weightlifting Federation). Currently studying at ACU a Bachelor in Exercise Science/High-Performance Sport.

Marco works as Contractor S&C with Queensland Cricket (QLD Bulls) and Cricket Australia (Youth Teams, U21 and U19) since 2018, coaching Athletes in a variety of sessions (HSR, Rehab, Strenght and Conditioning, Mobility protocols).

Marco also made his passion (coaching young athletes) a reality, creating and running his personal business (Nudojo- Youth Athletic Development), coaching Primary School kids Physical Competencies and Developing their athletic abilities in a variety of classes, with Science and fun! (

His background is Thai and Kickboxing, disciplines in which he excelled in his Birth Country (Italy) and Internationally:

3rd-degree Black Belt (2005)
Master Trainer in all Kickboxing styles (2005)
Italian Kickboxing Champion (2001/02/03/04) FIKBS-WAKO
Bronze Medalist at WAKO European Championship  (2004, Budva – Montenegro) in -75kg Thai-Kickboxing
10th in WAKO PRO World Ranking (2004)


His talent and distinctive feature of ‘ thinking out of the box’ got him chosen to write a column (as Performance Coach for Combat Sports) for almost 2 years for a prestigious sport magazine (Muscle and Fitness) sold worldwide.


About Rebecca


Rebecca Fornataro is a young, energetic individual who is motivated to influence everyone positively by health and fitness in their lives – no matter how big or small you are.

Rebecca has been a qualified personal trainer for 5 years, however not settling for that she has attained a Diploma in Sports Development which has extended her knowledge personally and professionally.  Behind the scenes, Rebecca is involved in the Squirts Program at Virginia United FC where she teaches and develops young players skills and abilities in the sport, she also a player in the Brisbane Women’s’ Premiere League and has achieved multiple awards for her commitment and dedication.

Believing that being active is important to everyone, Rebecca is focused on helping create long term athletic development for the next generation.
