COURSE DESCRIPTION
Age Group: Grade 3 & Above
Duration: 45 minutes – WEEKLY during SCHOOL TERMS
Max Capacity: 14 per class
Curriculum: Classes focus on learning principles of running mechanics in different scenarios, using fun drills to engage kids and get them to focus on their form, learning to change stride according to the type of run they face. Coaches also facilitate injury prevention drills, stretching and stability drills.
